Roasted Almonds

There are so many recipes for roasted almonds, but I noticed when I followed a lot of those, my almonds would come out too roasted. So I decided to make my own. Roasted almonds are great for snacking, putting into trail mix, or using with a charcuterie plate.

Perfectly Roasted Almonds


What you will need:



  • 1 Cup Raw Unsalted Almonds
  • 1 TBS EVOO
  • 1/2 + 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder


Perfectly roasted almonds. 
To Make:


  1. Pre-heat Oven to 350.
  2. Place raw almonds in a bowl and mix with oil until almonds are all fully coated.
  3. Place almonds on a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle onion powder, pepper, and 1/2 tsp salt over almonds.
  5. Place in oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Shake cookie sheet to flip almonds and return to oven for 2 minutes.
  7. Pull cookie sheet out shake almonds again and place on counter.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining salt. 
  9. Cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
